MIXERS

The compact submersed mixers have been designed for a wide range of applications.
These devices can be used independently from the shape and size of the basin. Fields of
application: water purification plants, biogas plants, production of liquid feed-stuff.

IN PP OR PVDF - series “E” and series “EH”

PP and PVDF mixers for processing acids. No stand with locking device for tank installation. Watertight, this being achieved by means of a fixed ceramic part and V-ring seal in the top section and an O-ring fitted to the bolt-on impeller. Series E L. 600/800 mm usable in cylindrical drums of a max. 400 litres capacity. Series E L. 1000/1200 mm usable in cylindrical drums of a max. 1000 litres capacity. Series EH usable in cylindrical drums of a max. 3000 litres capacity.

IN INOX AND PP WITH GEAR DRIVE - series “FR”

Fixed mixer without stand for installation above open or partially-covered vessels.
2- or 3-stage reduction gearbox for slower rotation speeds. For a very slow mixing of fluids (e.g.: non foaming fluids). It is utilized for very small drums.

Fixed mixer with internal stand and locking device for fitting to an open or partially-covered tank.
Designed for the water treatment sector, irrigation, etc. These mixers can handle products with a maximum density of 40°Bé and viscosity not exceeding 1.500 cps at atmospheric pressure.

series “F” - Usable in cylindrical drums of a max. 1000 litres capacity.

series “H” - Usable in cylindrical drums of a max. 3000 litres capacity.

series “J” - Usable in cylindrical drums of a max. 5000 litres capacity.
